Reindl‘s new welcoming committee - Front desk team with extreme competence

What may we do for you?“, ist the first question you will hear from our five new faces in Hotel Reindl‘s Partenkirchner Hof. With the guidance of Mr. Fabian von Restorff our guests are greeted by our reception staff of Mrs. Carolina Schadt, Mrs. Melanie Helton, Mr. Christopher Reis und Mr. Mahmud El Masry.

The courteous and proactive team are happy to help their guests with any questions and requests 24 hours a day! Our new team profits from it’s inernational and inter-cultural flair: From Office Manager Fabian von Restorff has collected his experience from diverse 5-star hotels. He had completed his studies at the Colombi Hotel in Freiburg and worked thereafter for many years in Switzerland in St. Moritz and Zurich. He completed further studies and ended up as Hotel Director in Tegernsee. Carolina Schadt adds a Chilean flair to the mix, although she grew up here in Bavaria, her experience is also based in the 5-star traditions and brings to Reindl’s her friendly and engaging style. Melanie Helton is half American and has grown up here in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Her career in the hotel industry has taken her to Augsburg. After her studies she worked in the Sofitel Bayerpost Hotel in Bavaria’s capitol city. Her knowledge and expertise, she brings with her to our team. Christopher Reis, with American roots, worked for many years in the hotels of Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming, and moved to Garmisch-Partenkirchen to open up his own bar. Now with a career change, he fits in perfectly with his likeable and helpful style. Our Egyptian night porter Mahmud El Masry has lived in Germany for three years and was previously the Concierge for Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Munich and served many satisfied guests .
