Welcome at the sauna area!

STEAM BATH - Steam and essential oils combine to create the sea atmosphere of this uniqu inhalation room. It is especially good for opening the sinuses and clearin the air passages.

The cabin temperatures reaches 45°C and the humidity is between 90% and 100%. The body heats up gently as you start to perspire. The automatically injected jet  of steam stimulates the blood circulation and starts the purifying and detoxifying process.

 BIO-SAUNA - enter into this unique sauna treatment with temperatures around 55°C - 60°C and a humidity of approximately 60%. Feel spoiled in the ambient and smell of nature-left high mountains wood.

Infusions with natural essences energize your cycle, support the removal of slag process and maintain at the same time skin and respiratory-organs.

FINNISH SAUNA

This Finnish wood-line sauna is warm and dry, with a temperature between 80°C - 100°C. The body heats up quickly, which induces persipartion and opens up the pores. It cleanses the body of imurities and is thought to enhance the body's immune defences as well as relieving stress.

ICE FONTAIN

Enter an area of arctic freshness.

In the attractive lion fountain you´ll find ice flakes. You rub your heated body with the cold ice and enjoy a wonderful stimulating tingling on your skin. This animates your blood circulation and strengthens at the same time your immune system.

This unique refreshing experience also has a heart stimulating and skin tightening effect and can be repeated as often as desired.
