We not only want to tantalize the nose, but with a Strawberry-Cottage Cheese-Tiramisu our Queen of the Kitchen will be happy to tantalize your palate as well. And your bikini figure is, with the light ingredients, protected. Strawberries purify, cottage cheese is the washboard stomach brother of mascarpone, and a little bit of cream is good for the complexion. With a heavy heart, we are revealing Marianne Holzinger’s original recipe. Try it for yourself, how easy it is to balance your figure with a great tasting dessert.
Cook 200 g of the strawberries with the sugar and vanilla, puree and strain through a colander. .Dissolve the gelatin in the hot strawberry mix and let cool. Lightly mix until cool, but not hardened. Chop the rest of the strawberries into small cubes and add to the mix.
First mix in the cottage cheese with the strawberry mass, then fold in the whipped cream .
Soak the ladyfingers in the espresso and fill in to form and let cool for 3-4 hours.
