- The room rates are in Euro and includes the breakfast buffet, the VAT and service
- The rates for single rooms are for single occupancy, the rates for double rooms, junior suites and suites are for double occupancy
- Children until the age of 10 years are free of charge incl. buffet breakfast with an additional bed in the parents room. For an extra bed for guests older as 10 yeares of age we charge Euro 30,00 per day incl. buffet breakfast. (The suites Herzog-Albrecht and Prinz-Luitpold have special rates).

- Garmisch-Partenkirchen charge a resort tax of Euro 2,00 daily for guests older as the age of 16.
- Spot in the indoor garage Euro 7,00/8,00 on request
- We guarantee a check in starting from 15hrs. Early check in is possible sometimes.
- The check out time is 12 noon
- Pets are allowed on request with their own baskett. Charge per day Euro 10,00 per day (without food)
- On weekends, through congresses and festivals we reserve the right to charge the Saison- or the Hochsaison rates.
