New Years Eve Gala Dinner 2011

Celebrate the New Year with us and many other guests at Reindl's. Starting at 7 pm, we will greet you and bring you to your festively decorated table. There we will serve you a glass of Champagne and a welcome greeting from the kitchen as refreshment and to set the mood. During the Gala Dinner our party band "Die Boogies" will entertain you with light background music. But toward the end of the dinner they will get you ready for the count down and put you in the mood for dancing. Greet the New Year with huge fireworks and many resolutions. If all the dancing makes you hungry again, there will be Weißwürste (Bavarian veal sausages) and goulash soup to your heart’s content.

The price for the menu, aperitif  is € 130,00 per Person

• Glass of Champagne & Amuse bouche
• Liason of sword fish and Jakobs mussels, guave-roquette salad in wan-tan balls, avocado sauce
• Essence of veal with truffle dumplings
• Salmon-trout soufflé with crayfish tails, saffron sauce, chicory
• Kir Royal sorbet
• Rack of lamb smoked in rosemary with a light garlic-pimento sauce, sunchokes, Kenya beans, braised mini-potatoes
• Roquefort créme brulée with mountain cranberries
• White-black tears of chocolate, macadamia nut, grenadine
