Dinner for Christmas Eve 2011
Spend a festive Christmas Eve at Reindl's. Whether you are a guests staying at our hotel or a visiting patron, you are welcome to join us for our Christmas Eve Dinner on December 24, 2011. Beginning at 6 pm, we will greet our guest with an aperitif in the hotel lobby and will then bring you to your table. Our chef Marianne Holzinger has created this special dinner for you. The price for the dinner incl. aperitif is 70.00 Euro per person. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to go to a traditional Christmas Mass in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
Price for the menu € 75,00 per person:
- Timbale of Norwegian lobster with a thyme cookie, marinated fennel
- Chestnut foam soup with goose liver
- Turbot in a ragout of spiced tomatoes, mustard sauce, capers
- Baked apple sorbet with a hazelnut brittle
- Rack of rabbit filet in a fig sauce, savoy cabbage, Schupfnudeln
- Goar cheese terrine with an apricot chutney
- Christmas cake parfait and ginger bread mousse, blood orange, rum sauce
